  • My husband and I had a great experience with Caryle. She was very patient and made us feel welcome to stay as long as we needed. This was a big decision and expense for us and she understood. Of course my husband wasn't as picky as I was so I visited a few times. We have dogs and I was worried that the leather would get scratch makers in it. Caryle's knowledge on the different grades of leather, helped me make my decision. The sales experience was a *5 star*, but due to the lack of communication from the delivery I gave it 4 stars. Caryle gave us a 8-10 week time frame for delivery. I called to find out when our couch was going to be delivered at the beginning of the 11th week. Caryle was very surprise that it hadn't been delivered. Our couch sat in a warehouse for 28 days. I would recommend Arizona Leather and Caryle to anyone, but don't hesitate to call to ask where your delivery is on the 8th week. Ours was sitting in the warehouse. The day of delivery everything went smoothly and the gentleman was very courteous.
