  • Staff was super friendly and personable. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Room facing Fremont Street was very loud into the early morning and black out curtains did not keep out flashing lights. Bathroom was super tiny. Bed was somewhat hard and pillows stiff and uncomfortable. We didn't see any bugs but bathtub quickly plugged every time we ran shower and toilet was slow to flush. Wold stay here again but higher up than 4th floor.
