  • I went to Dr Jeff for physical therapy in this building after having very weak legs because I'm recovering from paralysis due to a car accident and wanting to start rebuilding the strength. I went to the evaluation and he is aggressive and not fit to be a doctor. He doesn't answer questions, give any information, or do the evaluation gently. I told him I'm very weak in the legs and when he tried to evaluate my leg extension strength, he snapped my leg down and I screamed from pain but he kept going ignoring like nothing happened. I knew to not make an appointment for any actual treatment if the evaluation was that bad and I can't walk for 3 days already so I'm worse than when I came to the evaluation. I hope no one ever goes to him and that he'll be fired and never re-hired again. He should be considered malpractice. How can a doctor force full strength on an evaluation when someone is weak and coming to rebuild themselves? Stay away from Dr. Jeff from this UMC's physical therapy unless you want to be traumatized from physical therapists like I am.
