  • HORRIBLE. I received the initial cooler and spring water, but almost 2months later never received any more. no one answers the phone 90% of the time, and although you are told the manager (Carnegie office) will handle it - STILL NO WATER. I cancelled my services... HORRIBLE SERVICE.
