  • I couldn't even get out of the parking lot before starting this review! This place was awesome! I'd been to 3 other beauty supply stores to try to find the crochet braid hair that I wanted, to no avail. I arrived to Nicole Beauty and Wigs at 4:49 on a Sunday afternoon and although the sign said they closed at 5p, the doors were already closed, locked, and the lights out. I was about to scream in frustration, but first peered into the window and to my delight, one of the employees came to the door and said that if i knew what I needed, I could come in and get it. Hallelujah!!!!! I hurried inside, he turned on the lights, and to my delight, I found the exact hair in the length and color I wanted. Even though I was in a hurry, I could see that the store was clean and very well stocked. I made my purchase, the employees locked up, and they jumped into an uber right after I left. Wow! Talk about customer service, they made their uber wait while I bought my hair! Beauty supply stores usually are hit or miss (and more often miss than hit), but Nicole is a big hit in my book!
