  • I agree with the gentlemen that left a message in June 2014. This gym lacks customer satisfaction. I think the other messages are friends and employees. I was called 3 times about my membership after I had already cancelled it a month prior while I was in their location. When I told Erica about it, she had the same attitude that the gentlemen spoke about--I don't care. Would never visit gym again and I actually liked the gym itself, but employees are bad. While I was a member (since Sept 2013), there has been numerous employees (a revolving door). If you have issues, I would contact corporate or just sue them. Here is the owner - Realty Income Properties 25, LLC d/b/a LA Fitness (Registered Agent- Corporation Service Company- 327 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27603-1725).
