  • Buyers beware of this Resort. I have been a vacation owner for over 20 years. I've never had any issues with any of the Resort's that I have stayed with in the last 20 years. I had a staycation here with my mother which she arrived on June 24th and she will be departing July 17th. During that time she's had nothing but issues with housekeeping with the front desk and with security. Housekeeping is horrible you schedule a time and they never show up until 4 hours later. When you have an issue at the front desk they nonchalantly don't care. At this point I have talked to the general manager of the hotel .I've talked to four managers that oversee the shifts and I still have gotten no positive result in regards to issues that I've had with housekeeping. I am currently right now sitting in my car writing this review. The management and staff are sorely lacking customer service. All they want is your money to absorb into the resort and after they're done with you they let you go and figure out all your stuff that you need to buy yourself. This is a horrible Resort if you have a service animal be where the security officers only follow you around and question you and ask stupid ridiculous questions about is your dog a service animal. My dog is a service animal it has a vest which identified him as such and yet these morons who Wyndham hired who is a separate company do not know their job and do not know the laws. It is a shame how poor customer service they have they lack any respect, they lack any pride of doing a job right the first time. I will definitely never stay at this place again I am a timeshare holder and I am going to be lodging my complaint with corporate but... They don't care either because if they did this would not be a problem I am very frustrated at management I am very frustrated at the housekeeping. This is a poor way to handle customer service and the only way for myself to Lodge a complaint and apply it to Yelp so everybody is aware that there are problems at that Resort and be wary of going there.
