  • I've come to this location before and had great service. This last one was terrible. The young man checked me in and was super friendly, he makes me laugh every time. Then it all went downhill, the blonde woman in the first chair came and got me and I told her I just needed a quick trim to even everything out. She washed and started cutting, all while telling me I don't want to even it out I want to do it her way, when I said no, just even it out and dry. She tells me, "I probably won't have time to dry it, I have other people to help" someone she found time and did a terrible job, burning my head the whole time, even after I told her. When I got home and was able to straiten it, it was anything but even. The worst, choppy looking cut I've ever had. Bad attitude and terrible at hair.
