  • I paid for the most expensive exterior-only wash, the "best" wash. They left soap spots in areas that they failed to dry, and left road grime on the rims. I could tell that they had barely went over it with the cloth because you could see the wipe marks. I was able to remove it with my finger. How hard is it to make sure you finish wiping off the rim? Go look at the pictures of what you get for their "best" wash.
