  • The poorest customer service I have seen in a long time. Rudest staff that in spite of being no help actually became not only incompetent but derogatory and inflammatory. This was my first experience after purchasing a $70 Fuchai 213 Plus. My salesman Mathias was helpful enough. After purchasing and using it for awhile the screen failed. We are talking less than 30 days. I took it back believing the warranty expressed and was told sorry "bite it". Now apparently they have so much business that mine is not important and that if you expect them to keep their word your probably as crazy as I was. I am disappointed that this shop exists only to lure you into buying inferior products at premium prices and then not standing behind them or their word. It will be my last visit to Red Star Vape! "Once Bitten"!
