  • This place is a joke. The last time we were here they completely scratched my hood on my brand new car and refused to take responsibility for it. My husband and I had since not been back. Because of time restrictions, we reluctantly decided to give them one more shot because we had to get my husbands suv cleaned. Because how could we possibly be that unlucky right? Well apparently they just suck that much. Way pissed off right now. Not only do I immediately see that our suv is still ridiculously dirty but I immediately see chunks of paint taken out of the drivers door. Not little scratches but chips of layers of paint. Wtf?? Seriously?! Who has time for this crap?! It's one thing to accidentally damage someone's car-I get it, things happen. But the complete disregard for responsibility or any customer service is unacceptable. Do not risk it! Beware!
