  • The absolute worst experience ever. Tired to book a one way flight on their site using a card with over $50,000 in the account. Received a message that reservations did not go through. Attempted 5 times and still the same result. Called their call center and some one obviously from a call center in the Philippines answered and said we could book the ticket but it would be more money. We said no we want to book the flight for what is advertised on their site. She said I can't do that. We asked to speak to a supervisor to resolve it. She hung up on us. We booked it on another airline. Mickey Mouse operation that we will never use. I would give zero stars if I was able.
