  • I saw an add for the company in magazines and called. Owner came by and estimated the fee for repairs I needed,as well as to seal and polish all granite countertops. One month later they finally came to do the work. Repairs we done very well. And I'm happy with results. However when it came to getting my counters sealed and polished. He would not do my master bathroom. Said it was not part of estimate. When it absolutely was agreed on. He charged me $800 for that part of the service alone. I expected to have all bathrooms done. As well as far as the polish itself.. He promised it would take care of haze and make granite shine like new. But I believe he sprayed on polish no different then any store bought. It had no long term shine. The haze is still there. Very disappointing.. Also he and employee were talking in foreign language the whole time made me uncomfortable..
