  • I have had incredibly mixed experiences at this place! The first time I came in I was looking for christmas presents for some friends, and the lady who helped me was incredibly helpful. I smelled like half the teas in the store and took forever, and she was really helpful the whole time. The next time I came in, also for a present, the pretty much ignored me for several minutes, when I really needed help with pricing questions and stuff. This annoys me a whole lot, and I was about to leave but someone finally helped me and I got what I came in for. I went recently, and while the guy was helpful he was also bleeding from a poorly bandaged hand wound, not very knowledgeable and charged me the wrong price (I caught it in time). While the selection and atmosphere are great, and Souvia has excellent products, I feel like for the price range they maintain they should have much better service. If I am dropping that kind of money on tea, I want it perfect! They are in a great location, which is probably what keeps them around aside from the good employees and novelty value. Edit: I had another experience here yesterday that was very positive! Very nice employees.
