My stay was as a hotel guest, not a HGVC member or prospect.
Pros:
-- Quiet atmosphere; no casino.
-- Main entrance guest room key check at night.
-- Guest elevators require guest room key 24x7.
-- Fast taxi line.
-- Free in-room wi-fi.
-- Room has a DVD player.
Cons:
-- No restaurant.
-- All rooms are not suites; available for an upgrade fee, otherwise your in a lock out (studio).
-- Self parking is not practical ($8/day); parking structure is too far in the Vegas heat. Valet is $13/day.
-- Normal check-out is 10 a.m.
-- Pool bar closes at 9 p.m (seasonally open; only bar on premises)
-- Food from the convenience/snack shop is of very low quality. Expect long wait times during the morning rush.
-- Desolate part of the Strip, not a good location if your planning to walk anywhere -- sketchy at night.
Overall, the cons outweigh the pros. I don't plan to return.
