  • I'll give the DOCTOR DONALD W TICE 5 STARS and everyone in the back.I'll give -0 star to their new receptionist. SHE IS VERY RUDE when I tried to recommend my friend this doctor she called a few times and she always put her on hold and never helps her. I called and I asked to make an appointment. My friend called a few times and they always keep her on hold and this fine receptionist reply to that "I'm the only one here and I have 4 lines to answer" Okay... can I make an appointment please I gave First and last name and she wanted more info. Through out all the conversation with her she was just plain rude to me.I told her I was going to tell my friend to call her back so she can make her appointment and please don't keep her on hold. Then my friend called and she kept being rude to her as well. I'm sorry but this is very nice office this receptionist should treat patients more politely. I want to add that the Doctor is an angel! He is very polite and so the lady that does the blood work! SHE IS THE SWEETEST PERSON! I will still make appointments for myself but this office lost a new cash patient because of this receptionist.
