  • This is probably the worst experience as far as apartment hunting. Unless you are 100% sure you are going to be approved. Don't leave a deposit. It will take 3 trips in person to their office. Forget about calling. Adrian who works there took our deposit. On the last visit Adrian still hadn't submitted the refund. Finally the Manager took care of it.
