  • I have worked with Jose on 3 wallpaper projects in my home in the past. The work was fantastic. The last installation was a niche in my dining room. I loved the wallpaper so much I ordered another roll per his teams rec to install in my bookcases in another room. Jose quoted my 1.75 times the price for my bookcase compared to the niche. When I inquired into the price he said he lost money on the niche and needed to make up for it. How is that my problem? The niche took an hour and I paid $200. I think that's a great hourly rate. He never explained how he lost money on the niche, he wouldn't pick up the phone when I called him to discuss further, he told me he understood if I needed to use a more "frugal" option and never returned my phone call to date. I have no words for how offended and surprised I am at his treatment to a repeat customer. Never the less I did find somebody else to install my wallpaper for 20% of the cost I was quoted by Jose and who has rave reviews from her clients. There is no rhyme or reason to this guy's pricing and he doesn't value his clients. I'm glad to move on. Find a better business that isn't a rip off.
