  • My boyfriend was living at this place for about 6 months. We ended up moving in together and were no longer in need of two apartments. We went in to discuss the situation with a manager, they claimed that we would owe the remainder of the current month along with a one month penalty. We paid the remainder of the month and the one month penalty and asked if there was anything else they needed from us. Of course they said we were all set. When we left the office we were told that as long as there were no damages to the apartment, we would receive a check with the initial deposit paid. We ensured that the apartment was in tip-top shape, had it cleaned and took pictures. After a few weeks, no deposit. We called back and the woman at the front desk said it could take a few weeks to receive the deposit but that we do not owe any money. Waited a few more weeks and nothing. We called back to speak with a manager and they said there was no deposit owed to us. Completely changed her tune and made up a bunch of BS as to why we were not entitled a refund. Claims that she is not responsible for the words or actions of her staff and left it at that. Completely unprofessional! This place will give you the run around and do anything they can to milk you out of more money. Very rude, very disorganized and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
