| - I feel like I've been taken for a very expensive rollcoaster ride with Jim Marsh. I went to buy a car my old one was on its last legs, I had been communicating with claudia very nice lady did a good job. Got to the dealership and worked with Perry hes a nice guy trying to make it, they charged me an extra 2500 for my car without telling me what it was for, I didnt realize it at the time because I was ready to leave with my kids as we had been there all day and I got the hurry and sign this stuff I have people waiting by paul. As i was leaving I noticed that there were some scratches in the car. I spoke with perry and said sure bring the car in on a wednesday and we will take care of it and the tint.
Week two of owing the car, mind you this is a 2014 the car stalls out, I was treated so rudly by Mark and Bobetta I called my loan company asked them to pull the loan( they couldnt at that point). The car went to 2 dealerships and they couldnt figure it out, as my boyfriend and I told them it idles to low if your stopped and turn on the ac causes the car to stall. We had done the research knew what was the problem nothing was done or fixed. They ran some test and found no codes, well no codes because no dash board lights are on.
We returned today to have the tint and the paint taken care of. A. My paint looks a million times worse then it did before we took it back, nothing in the paint was corrected I have a huge mark that was there when i got the car and scratches the ones Perry said you would take care of for me. Yup they are still there and looks horrible, I guess ill be looking to spend yet more money to correct the crappy job that was done, they didnt even try to fix it. It also looks like they didnt even buff the car at all as it was dirty from the rain when my boyfriend took it in and it looks like they tried an off color match fill pen, I could do that with nail polish
B. mind you my boyfriend took my car in for me so i didnt have to miss any more work, but the tint job is an only time will tell thing as there are quite a few bubbles everywhere and need to dry out over a few days and see how it looks.
Long story short, Ill never shop with them again. Bobetta and Mark your used car manager and how crappy we were treated after I purchased the car. I never got return calls, my family was treat like second class citizens.
C. I got the pleasure of speaking with Todd as well, by far one of the rudest people besides bobetta ive ever spoken with. If you cant fire him then take the phone away from him, Bobetta well shes been doing this for 30 years and according to her I'm a stupid female who doesnt know anything.
