| - The gas company identified a leak in our home and determined the leak is in the lines inside our home. Since the lines were originally installed by Andersen Heating & Cooling, we decided to give them a try. It's been 48 hours since we first spoke with Dale Andersen about identifying and repairing the leak. He quickly gave us a quote, which we accepted, and he said Mark would be in touch later in the day or early the next day to set up an appointment. We have called the company several times, even speaking to Dale a second time, and have yet to hear from them to set up an appointment. Meanwhile, the gas to our home is shut off and the gas company will not turn it back on until repairs are completed and inspected. We have come to the conclusion that we do not want Andersen H&C to step foot inside our home if this is the way they treat new customers. Unfortunately, the company whose name starts with the "big green K" does not perform the work we need done. However, we found another fantastic company who had technicians at our home within an hour of our call and the price is a fraction of Dale Andersen's phone quote. As of this writing, repairs are done and we still have not received a scheduling call from Andersen H&C. Consumers beware of this company.
7/14 - Too Funny. Andersen just showed up to assess the situation. No appointment, no phone calls, 6 days after we first called them, and well after the problem was fixed.
