  • I wish I could give this place lower than one star. I have been here a few times hoping that maybe it's me not them. No. It's them. The cashiers never know the menu when I ask about items and whisper to each other for an answer. I don't know why the knowledgeable one just doesn't explain it to me! And when they do figure out what it is, it's always out! Today was the last straw, I ordered a rose tea and a cappuccino and I had to repeat my order more than twice because the cashier wasn't listening to me. When my order was ready I got a rose tea and cappuccino SMOOTHIE! I told her I didn't order this I ordered a hot cappuccino. She replied "no you ordered a smoothie." She ARGUED with me a couple more times and I just said forget it it's fine. I shouldn't have to drink things I didn't order. She could've made this experience a little bit better if she would've exchanged my drink or at least apologized!!! Whoever owns this place needs to fire everyone here and hire helpfully knowledgeable employees. Definitely my last time here.
