  • Terrible service. Came out to fix my oven, and said they needed to order a part. Then, they claimed that the part came in damaged - 2 times! After that, I was told the part was on back-order for over 5 months! Well, I stupidly waited, then they never came back. When my Home Warranty Company contacted them to follow up, they said the company was flaky and inconsistent, and that the part was not on back order at all, I did not have a good experience with this company at all.
