What is it with my luck and car rental agencies? Well let make take that back I rented with Payless the last two weeks in a row, not a hitch. I have been waiting almost 2 hours for my car. Also was treated like a 5 year old child by "Elsa" at the front desk. This is after the original employee that was helping me vanished into thin air. Elsa raised her voice and pointed for me to step back from the desk and made it clear to myself and the rest of the customers that my car was still not ready. Super unprofessional service. No cars. Extra long wait= bad start to my trip. I am giving them zero stars which is less than I gave sixt after ripping me off. Not a surprise that they have such awful ratings. Wish I could have helped change that but it makes sense to me. Oh when I finally got my cat Rao was a total sweetheart. I won't use this company again but I hope he finds a job somewhere reputable and I would go there just for his customer service.
