My wife and I are always looking to find new restaurants to try in Las Vegas, and Stack didn't disappoint. For checking in, they gave a free shot that was perfect because it was her birthday. We shared the Hot Rocks appetizer, which is NY cut thinly sliced that you cook (interactive) on hot stones (600 degrees).
The place is known for their steaks and Tater tot side dish, but we decided to go the seafood route. She had Sea Bass with Lobster risotto and I had Seafood Risotto. The fish was fabulous...fresh and flaky. Both risottos were on point - rich, creamy with fresh pieces of lobster in both, and mind had shrimp and calamari as well. Must have the Brussel sprouts - crispy, sweet and salty with balsamic and walnuts...the best I've ever had. I could've easily just eaten those all night. Drinks at the bar were pretty pricey - but it's Vegas. Music was going but not too loud to have conversations. Prices were moderate and it was Definitely a lively place. highly recommend for couples or groups.
