  • Rented a mid-size SUV for almost two weeks. Relatively brand new Dodge Journey. Check out was quick. What was in their system matched my original booking printout exactly. No high pressure sales pitches to prepay for gas or buy extra coverage, or boogey-man stories of what could happen if you didn't. Didn't even have to produce insurance cards at check out or gas receipts at check in, as required by other vendors we've used in the past. The free, cold bottled water was a nice touch. Vehicle was the perfect size for getting our daughter and all of her stuff checked into NAU. Perfect for us to explore many parts of the Southwest in comfort and safety. As we say in Hawaii, "Maika'i loa!"
