  • I started to go to this doc after my accident in 2012, I paid up front on all my visits and gave sufficient time when I had to cancel. At first wasn't even go to this doc because her husband that manages the front desk was not pleasant and was rude most of the times and his demeanor is the real reason I never wanted to go back. But Dr. Kuty seemed to be concerned with your treatment plan. My issue was that they wouldn't see you unless you paid upfront, which was fine with me and every visit I always paid upfront!! I moved out of state and had 4 months later I Received a call from their billing saying I owe all this money, never once received a bill or breakdown of the services, stated to the billing that everything was paid upfront and if there were any issues then this should have been brought to my attention sooner or I should have received a bill, the billing lady stated she would have dr. Kuty call me back, when I received her call she went on to tell me that If I paid now that she would waive the cancellation fee, explained that adequate time was given when I cancelled and that I need to see a breakdown if these charges, which I never received. Plain and simple this place is all about money, they have their children running around which wouldn't bother me as long as I am neon treated by the dr. And not their kids
