  • I had True View Windows & Glass replace a failed window and install a shower door which was not a problem. I called back to have another window replaced. I could hear the dispatcher call to explain to the person on the ground which window needed to be measured on the outside and his responses were very sarcastic. I stated I would be at my residence in 10 minutes and called my husband who was within the area and he headed towards the residence. He was there in two minutes. The measure had already departed. I called back to True View Windows and requested to speak to a manager. The dispatcher stated she already called his manager and informed her of his behavior over the radio. I requested the measurer to return so he could get an exact measurement from the inside (as was done before) and I heard him over the radio stating "why would I do that?" I told the dispatcher I no longer wanted to do business and she laughed and said "it's ok." The measurer returned, I guess after the dispatcher made him, and my husband answered the door and stated to my husband "guess your wife had a misunderstanding" and chuckled. My husband stated we no longer want your business. The experience wasted time and the companies personnel were unprofessional. With so many businesses, why waste your time on "why would I do that?"
