  • Well, it was late Saturday afternoon and I decided to start a DIY project on my sliding bedroom window. My wife had asked me not to mess with it but since she was at work I figured what the heck. 5 minutes into my project I shattered the window completely. Out of desperation I quickly started calling 24 hour glass companies. Tim was the only person to answer his phone. I explained my dilemma and within 1 hour he was pulling up in front of my house. He gave me a timeline for the repair and was spot on with delivery. I've been in Vegas since 1994 and have dealt with many contractors and companies for various projects for my home and a rental and, by far, this was my best experience. Tim is fair, honest and most importantly has a good soul. That can be hard to come by.
