  • I'm actually not sure how to rate this. So I'm going to break it down here in the review. Ride: Omg, such a rush. I've been zip-lining through the jungle and I thought that was exhilarating but it has nothing on zipping from the 52nd floor of one building over Vegas to another building then back again. Only one small handle per person and less of a seat belt than your car. Staff: First we showed up then decided to go to the bathroom first and when we came back, there were 3 people in line. We got into the proper line and patiently waited our turn. The employee took care of those 3 people.... then the 2 that came in behind them. I asked her "which line should be in, I just want to make sure I'm in the right place". She responded "You're fine where your'e at" then took care of 2 more additional people that came in. That's when I said something again "Should we move to that line?" and she responds "No, you're fine". She proceeds to take care of another person before I finally got snippy. We were told to take a specific elevator to the 51st floor, and we did just that. Come to find out, we didn't get our picture taken because she was supposed to tell us to go to the 52nd floor which is where the photographer was. When we were done, I asked her how we pick up our video I ordered. She forgot to add it to the ride so we didn't get one. Ride: 10 Service: 5
