  • I'm fairly new to the Phoenix area, and I've been trying to find a salon that gets me!! I've found it with Saints & Scissors. The owner Paul did my hair and he did exactly what I wanted! The ambience of the salon is unlike any other I've visited. This is a gem, and I'm so happy to have finally found my stylist.
