  • Needs to be more indian for claiming to be indian 1) atithi devo bhav that may be an old saying but customer is the one who make a business profitable keeps it running amd makes it success 2) lemon rice is not masala rice adding tons of spices dont make it indian Each dish has an individual balance of spices which gives it an identity 3) courtesy comes first in hospitality. Lets have managers who manage not boss Lets just keep it to mint spicy bistro with no essence.
