I had went here once before and had a great experience with Amanda K. They are very expensive, so I had went somewhere else after that. I decided to go back there as the first time was an awesome experience. I rebooked with Amanda as I was happy previously. I wanted to get a color and have my ombre toned out. She applied the color and then sent me to their 'lounge' to wait. I sat waiting, and looked over at my timer eventually and realized it wasn't working. I told one of the girls walking by and she went and got Amanda. Amanda came up to me and said 'well I guess you are done'. She then applied toner etc. She then blow dried my hair, but that's where it ended. Didn't straighten, didn't curl..so I basically left with unstyled hair. One week later my hair completely faded out to what I went in with, despite only using salon quality color safe shampoo, and washing only every 2-3 days. I have never called back to a salon with complaints about my hair, but decided since it has cost me $160 and it looked the same as a week before that I would in this case. I spoke to the manager and she offered to have me come back in. The soonest they could get me in was 2 weeks after my initial appointment. Again with Amanda K. I just cancelled this appointment as I really don't feel comfortable going back to someone who knows I complained. So what it works out to is $160 down the drain.
