  • Ed did a very thorough home inspection, finding issues that we didn't even think to look for or ask about. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly after we approached him, which is helpful with the negotiations. He also patiently answered all the questions that we had (which was a lot), both about the report and the house itself. He produced a detailed inspection report with notes, images, and even future maintenance recommendations, and gave it to us on the spot. He also inspected for mold and made very helpful suggestions about mold removal and prevention. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others.
