  • My daughter car was never picked up nor were we phone called that the "truck broke down." We scheduled and paid gor service 3/18/2018 For pickup 5/20/2018, no show. On 5/21/2018 we callef and that's when they said "truck broke down" how original ...lol. we asked why didnt you call just an apology. We asked, why didn't you call.. etc... no good reason. We asked for refund they stated will be refunded in 10 days, we did follow up a couple hours later, they say request refund on the confirmation email, we did. Now waiting on response and will update you later.
