  • Although I have seen a lot of turnover at the front desk, and in doctors, every doctor who has treated my dog has presented as caring and extremely knowledgeable. I have always felt that the doctors and technicians and front desk have always gone above and beyond for Manny (and Charro, may she rest in peace). I was always presented with more financially sensitive options so I don't feel like I was ever being taken advantage of. Manny can be temperamental at times but he seems to enjoy his time at Milliken so I really wouldn't think of going anywhere else for him. It is partially concerning that there has been so much turnover but it hasn't seemed to affect Manny's treatment. I just hope the decisions to leave were not based on poor treatment of staff or clients.
