  • Every time I come here, the ratio of sales staff to customers is ON POINT. Each department has an associate, and there is always help right where you need it when you need it. I've called into the store, placed strollers on hold, and never had any issues like I've had at other stores when I come to pick up the item. They always do what they say they will do, they honor competitors coupons, and offer an AMAZING selection of products. We bought a City Mini GT Double the other day and LOVE it. It's perfect for our 2 and 1 year olds. We also got a Vornado humidifier from Buy Buy Baby that I literally can't say enough good things about. They are the only baby store I've found that carries Vornado products, and no humidifier/heater/air purifier company even holds a candle to Vornado. Suffice to say, our family of 5 loves to shop here. We can always get in and out quickly with the help of the staff, the items we come to purchase are always in stock, and the prices are amazing.
