  • The Jolly Scholar. I returned to the Jolly Scholar for a quick bite and I remembered why I loved it so much as an undergraduate student. The atmosphere is lively with the hustle and bustle of college students. It's the perfect place to grab a beer and indulge in bar food. I always go for the chicken tender and mozzarella sticks and I'm never disappointed. There is a slight sweetness and cinnamon taste to the chicken tenders that isn't overwhelming and the mozzarella sticks are...well, cheesy. Jolly never fails to disappoint serving well-sized portion of food. Their customer service is what you can expect from a college bar, depending on the time of day the service can be super slow or average. Love this place, going to miss this place when I graduate.
