  • Had a faulty kitchen faucet February 7, I called Pink Plumbing in Gilbert, Az. who came out and replaced faucet and called Adams for me as I needed the area dried out and insurance claim made also which I have never done before being a homeowner for over 30years. Adams brought in 3 fans 1 dehumidifier to begin the dry out and also collected my $500 deductible. Dry out process lasted 4 days....Tues thru Sat-equip picked up that day. I had those days to check Reviews on this company and WHAT I SAW I knew I could NOT go any further. So I ENDED our contract with the dry out......I found another company for the reconstruction as I am installing a new sink and countertops...... Was afraid Adams could not do this work. .....Also READ your bill as I was OVERCHARGED....they billed me for 4 fans and I only had 3.....also was billed an emergency call out and they were at my home during normal hours resulting a refund of$156.56 to me. Find another restoration company to work with. I had one missed appt with them and called to see if they were coming....said they were too busy....please be aware.......
