  • We loved the staff, so warm, welcoming, and friendly. They are knowledgeable and pride themselves on the safety of their furry customers! This is the number one priority when we choose a facility for our furbabies! I felt confident leaving our Dexter in their care. One of my favroite features is their camera system! I loved checking in on all that play time and having fun! The only thing I would recommend is cleaning the camera lenses (it's really not that's bad though for all the furry friends running around) from dust, fur, or other debris that clouds the camera view. But seriously if that's the only "issue" I think we are MORE than ok with that!! That was my only recommendation! Great place, with a wonderful staff!!! We will be back! Or pup loved his experience and was pooped for 2 days when he got home! That's the way we like it haha great job camp bow wow!! ***Update*** brought dexter back today for camp and before I could even say good morning we were greeted BY NAME! Now that is customer care and service!!!
