  • When I went in to exchange a pair of shoes, I noticed several of the staff just hanging around the registers. After spending about 10 minutes wandering around the shoe department, looking for the style I wanted and getting absolutely no help from anyone in the store, I headed back up to the front of the store. All the same employees were standing around the front of the store. No one on the floor helping customers. I gave up and left.
