  • I really like some of the products here, but I was just in with a couple of girlfriends and one of my friends accidentally dropped her iced coffee on the floor. The employees did nothing to assist aside from handing us a roll of paper towels. They also fled to the other side of the registers and did not say anything the entire time we were on the floor cleaning. We understand it's our error the drink was spilled, however, as a retail employee, their behavior was disrespectful and elitist. And we bought merchandise! We have never observed similar behavior in other retail establishments. Very disappointing.
