  • I have to agree with the reviewers who moved to Madison who are disappointed in the overall quality of Madison restaurants, yet remain hopeful (what else can you do?) that things might improve. I don't think La Brioche is helping things improve. To me, it felt like a really amateur attempt at a restaurant. The food was just not that interesting and the service was worse, but for me, the decor was the nail in the coffin! They took a nice contemporary kitchen and mixed it with these crazy upholstered barrel chairs that look like they went missing from the House on the Rock. Not going back.
