To fill or not to fill, that must be this Dunkin Donuts question. The answer to their question must be NOT to fill. I just ordered a chocolate crème filled doughnut & there was approximately 1 teaspoon of filling, no exaggeration. This is not the only time this has happened to me but this is the first review I'm writing about it. Some times the doughnuts are dry as dust with almost no filling & other times they are just dry as dust with a little bit of filling. This time the doughnut itself was smashed flat but it at least was somewhat moist. I have even gone so far as to call the general manager & corporate about this establishment cheating the consumer & they said that this was not their standard & they would look into it but apparently this IS their standard. I'm from New Jersey, don't mess with my Dunkin Doughnuts. This would never happen there. I haven't been to any Dunkin Donuts for over a year because of their poor quality but I received a coupon in the mail for a free doughnut & thought I would give them another try, it wasn't even worth having for free. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for their very good iced coffee. Unless you plan on only getting coffee from this place, run fast & far.
