  • This was probably the nicest PetSamrt in Phoenix. The store was clean, the sells were great, but most important the Customer Service was World Class. We were greeted when we first entered the store. Anthony Hagen the assistant manager was very kind in answering all of our questions and concerns. He also walked around with us directing us to the best looking fish tanks. He was kind in conversation while loading up our brand new tank and gave some very helpful advise. Not only with assisting us I noticed his pleasant helpful behavior with other customers and his employees. The petsmart on baseline has world class customer service. We will definitely be returning and will definitely recommend this store to friends and family. Thanks Anthony!
