  • Not sure what the deal is, I've ordered from Panera 3 times in 2 weeks and each time there has been an issue with my order. I've complained about it and was told we'll make it right, and each time they have returned with the right food. But if this keep happening what do I suppose to do? It's really annoying when you order food trust that it'll be right and it's not.
