| - I would highly recommend not visiting this location. I've been at least 5 times and unfortunately the service is spotty, at best.
The first few times I just chalked it up to a server, the kitchen, or the barista having a bad day, but after the 5th time, I believe this location must be poorly managed.
Twice I've waited 10 minutes or longer to be acknowledged by a server after being seated. About two thirds of the times, our order is messed up.
This last time: after waiting 20 minutes, we sat and waited 10 more to be acknowledged. By then we were ready to order and I was dying for a cup of coffee. All food came out fast and was good. I was never asked if I wanted my coffee or water refilled. Once we finished eating, we sat for another 10 minutes while our server was either on a break or just conversing with another patron. Mind you, there was a line out the door of people waiting for a table. Our table could've been turned over a minimum of 10 minutes faster... probably more like 20 if she had been attentive.
However, because this is an ongoing problem at this location, I don't think this was totally the server's fault. I believe the management has not trained people properly and/or has other issues in the implementation of their systems they are not addressing.
It is unfortunate, as the food (aside from order mistakes) usually tastes great and it's a great place to take large families. Maybe if the management spent some time at some at really busy restaurants observing how an attentive staff can turn tables over faster and make customers happier, they'd see how they can improve.
TLDR; Great food, poor service. Head to the Tempe location.
