When you tell the server that you want a Turkish coffee and the server refuse to get it for you because "it will spoil your appetite," you know that you are in serious Turkish establishment, far away from America.
The restaurant was able to transcends me away with its ambiance, music and servers. I felt that there would be no difference if I am in Turkey or USA.
The food was 5 stars as well.
Humus perfect consistency, perfect amount of lemon and served with warm bread.
Cheese pie cute and nothing alike American cuisine.
Chicken meat felt like it was minced - so soft and fluffy and yet it was in the form of kebab.
No rush attitude, willing to engage in any type of conversation but most of all welcoming attitude in the restaurant was special like their food.
