  • I came to Planet Mazda over a year ago off of a referral from someone I knew at Buick. They were great, worked with my credit and got me into a car I was so happy about. Fast forward to October of this year, I connect with the same sales people who sold me my car and refer my fiancĂ© there. We go in, get him a car, and it's all gravy. We're told that as soon as the sale of the trade in goes through, we'll have a referral check waiting here to be picked up. Now it's November and December and I've heard nothing from the dealership. I call, email, and leave messages, only to be told that "someone will call you back". Not entirely concerned, seeing as how I've never had a problem, I give it a couple more weeks. Today, I'm told that there isn't even a record of a referral being done. So I'm trying to explain who we talked to, what day we were there, and who the salesperson was. Well, the salesperson is no longer working there and no one believes me even though I could tell them every single step of the sale that day. They tell me that they can't just go off of my word even though I had all the facts. And tell me that they had already told me this previously that I was not going to get a referral check. Well I would not have gone there twice to buy a car if I would've known this was the type of service I would receive. Unfortunately I'm in a lease for a bit longer and I'm sure they'll screw me at the end. Hope no one else goes here, for the hassle isn't worth it.
