  • I had high hopes for this place as I am looking for a go-to nail salon in my new neighborhood. However, I received the absolute worst mani/pedi I've EVER had. Truly an amateur job. They hardly took any dead skin off my feet, particularly the heels. Just a cursory scrub with the pumice. There was no attention given to under or the sides of the nails. Sorry, this is gross, but there was still dirt under the nails. The foot massage was brief and half-hearted. there were no extras like paraffin or an exfoliating scrub. Same story for the manicure. Not thorough in the least, many shortcuts taken. Cuticles barely attended to. The worst part? It started chipping almost immediately. I've never had this happen before. Within a few days it was totally unpresentable. And I'm going to need another pedicure because I don't even feel like I had one. BOTTOM LINE: DON'T GO HERE IF YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT A GOOD MANI/PEDI IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
